Processing & Dispatch Times
- Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time.

We offer Australia-wide shipping with the following options:

Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or remote areas not serviced by our couriers.
- Oversized or bulky items may require special handling and additional charges.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is delayed or lost, please allow up to 10 business days before contacting us.
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
- Roadking Store is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
